Christine “Chris” Sadler joined Capitol Title’s management team in January of 2008 to run its Ellicott City office. With more than 17 years of experience at the settlement table, Chris has experience in all aspects of the settlement process. Her expertise includes owning and operating her own title company in Columbia, Maryland.

Chris earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1988 from Western Maryland College with a major in Political Science. She continued her education and received a Law Degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. Chris is a member of the Maryland Bar Association.

A Carroll County native, Chris continues to live in Westminster, Maryland. She has one daughter and enjoys riding and showing horses in her spare time.
