Andy Levy, Capitol
Title’s Executive Vice President, is the backbone
of the company. Andy has been principal, officer, director and general
counsel to Capitol Title. Among the real estate community, he is particularly
well known for his engaging seminars and his knowledge in complex land
transactions including tax deferred exchanges and land installment contracts.
Admitted to the Maryland
Bar in 1977 and to the DC Bar in 1980, Andy is a graduate of University
of Maryland’s undergraduate and law colleges.
He is a partner in the law firm of Goldstein & Levy, P.A., a general
practice with emphasis in real estate related matters including real estate
closings, 1031 exchanges, landlord/tenant disputes, contracts and construction.
As well as his bar memberships, Andy is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Land Title Association. |
