February 12, 2001 was the day that Capitol Title’s Severna Park office began “daycare” service. Debbie possesses an unparalleled attention to detail and is very well known for “babysitting” her clients and providing concierge service.

Originally from Anne Arundel County, Debbie graduated from Chesapeake High School in Pasadena, Maryland and enjoys gardening, home improvement and spending time with her son.

Debbie has been working in the title business since 1994, starting out as a receptionist. She quickly was promoted to processing and began working as a settlement officer with Capitol Title in 2001. She has an all-encompassing knowledge of the settlement process, which helps her provide that personal attention her clients adore.
