Capitol Title welcomes the return of
Erika Clark as Branch Manager of its Dunkirk location. Erika’s
career in real estate began as a licensed Realtor in southern
Vermont, where she was born and raised. A few years later
Erika decided to broaden her real estate expertise and experience
by taking a job with a title company in Virginia Beach. Erika
then came to Capitol Title in 2003 as a settlement coordinator,
specializing in Builder Services, for the Crofton office.
She briefly returned home to Vermont to get some “hands
on” experience working as a civil litigation legal assistant
with a law firm but, thankfully, decided to return to Capitol
Title in her current capacity.
When Erika is not conducting closings, or otherwise assisting
clients, she’s enjoying personal time with her son,
Isaiah, as well as skiing, boating and running. Erika brings
the energy and enthusiasm in her every-day busy life directly
to the settlement table…. and always with a smile. Erika is a principal affiliate member of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce and in the Chamber Young Professionals Network. She is also actively associated with the Women’s Council of Realtors in both Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties, and is on the Public Relations Committee for Southern Maryland Association of Realtors.
