Mary Lea Czerwinski
Settlement Officer
Mary Lea was born in New Orleans and moved to Syracuse,
New York at the age of two where she was raised. After moving to Maryland,
she went to work with Susquehanna Bank and, during her ten years there,
became a vice president and ran their affiliated title company. With the
desire to broaden her horizons, Mary Lea went national and became the Eastern
U.S. Operations Manager for a division of Cendant Corporation where she
handled all of the Federal Home Loan Corporation REO properties. She eventually
transferred to Cendant Mobility and handled all of its relocation transactions
for more than 26 states.
After years of commuting to work during the week, and coming home only
on weekends, Mary Lea was itching to get back to basics and work for a
local title company. Fortunately, she decided to accept the challenge of
opening a new office for Capitol Title in Ocean City, Maryland.
When she’s not conducting real estate settlements, Mary Lea enjoys
fishing, crabbing, boating and reading mystery novels. But her closings
are no mystery…. They’re quick, easy and painless. |
