Settlement Officer
Since 1989, Marge Wieneke has been working in the title insurance
industry covering all aspects of the business. Her expertise
ranges from settlement processing, title review, to conducting
closings and branch management.
Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Marge recalls growing
up on Fishing Creek Farm – way back when it was just
that…. a farm. She graduated from Annapolis High School
and began her career in banking, obtaining her certification
from the American Banking Association. The skills Marge developed
in banking helped her transition smoothly into real estate
settlements. She’s been serving the Annapolis real estate
community for nearly two decades and has now “settled”
in nicely with the Capitol Title family. “Don’t
wait, do it now” is the motto by which Marge lives and
to which she attributes her many successful years in the settlement
business.
Now, a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 4, Marge enjoys all
types of sports and spending time with her family. She also
may hold the record for conducting the most settlements in
a 24-hour period……. 44!!!
