Pat Finnegan
Settlement Officer

Pat Finnegan, a resident of Calvert County, has been providing settlement services to the real estate community for three decades.  She joined Capitol Title’s Dunkirk office as a settlement officer in July of 2008. 

Born and raised an “army brat,” Pat spent much of her childhood moving to many different places including Virginia, New Jersey and Maryland.  She married her high school sweetheart and settled in Calvert County, Maryland in 1976.

When she’s not spending time with her children and grandchildren, Pat enjoys cooking, gardening and water sports.

Not only is Pat the secretary of her neighborhood homeowner’s association, but also she is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtor®, Maryland Association of Realtor®, Calvert County Chamber of Commerce and Beaches Business Group.

Pat approaches real estate closings with a “team player” philosophy.  She creates an atmosphere where all parties work together, resulting in smooth, problem-free settlements.
