Sara Demb

Director of Marketing/Client Services

Sara is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a major in Psychology and holds a graduate degree in education from Boston University. Working with Capitol Title since 1988, Sara is currently the company’s Director of Marketing/Client Services.

Born and raised in Westport, Connecticut, Sara has three children. In 1983, she moved to the Washington area in pursuit of her doctorate, conducting research while concurrently “moonlighting” with a real estate law firm. Combining her research techniques and her real estate knowledge, she learned to search titles at the courthouse. This changed the direction of her career, which ultimately brought her to Capitol Title.

Sara is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and an affiliate member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. She is also a licensed settlement agent and has conducted thousands of residential and commercial closings. Her background in psychology brings a refreshing, calm atmosphere to the settlement table.
