Stan Goldstein,
Founder and President of Capitol Title, has been conducting real estate
settlements in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia
for over thirty years. He is one of the most experienced settlement
attorneys in the area, having a reputation within the real estate
community for reliable, timely settlements. He is experienced in finding
solutions to many of the problems that realtors, purchasers and sellers
are faced with throughout the settlement process.
Stan is a graduate
of the University of Maryland’s undergraduate
and law schools. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia
and the state of Maryland. As an added service to his clients, Stan conducts
continuing education seminars for real estate professionals and has taught
literally thousands of agents in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan
