Key Personnel—Crofton
Lynne Boileau, Esq.
- Assistant General Counsel
Lynne Boileau began working with Capitol Title in 1986 as a settlement coordinator in the Crofton office. A quick learner, she was soon promoted to Manager of Capitol Title's Annapolis office where she conducted real estate settlements for nearly eight years.
During this time, Lynne “moonlighted” as a law student at the University of Maryland, graduated with honors and was admitted to both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars.
At present, Lynne is probably one of Capitol Title's most versatile players. As Assistant General Counsel to Capitol Title, she's back in the Crofton office helping with title review, problem solving, legal support and settlements. As an Associate with Goldstein & Levy, P.A., she continues her practice in Probate, Trust and Estate Planning and Estate Administration in addition to transactional real estate law.
Lynne is a member of the Maryland and American Bar Associations, as well as the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
